You may vote online or by telephone until 11:59 PM EST the day before the meeting. - Internet and Telephone Voting:
The proxy materials mailed to you provide detailed instructions on how to vote your Neuralstem shares over the Internet or by telephone. You will be asked to enter your control number(s) to ensure the security of your vote. You will find your control number on your Proxy Card or Voting Instruction Form received with your Proxy Statement. We encourage you to take advantage of Internet or Telephone voting.
- Mail Voting:
To vote by mail, please mark, sign and date your Voting Instruction Card and return it in the postage-paid envelope included with the proxy materials you received in the mail.
- In Person Voting:
You may vote your shares in person by attending the Annual Meeting, however if you are a Beneficial Owner you must obtain a signed proxy from your broker, bank, or nominee to be able to vote in person. Proof of ownership and valid identification will be required to vote at the meeting.
